Privacy

Big Hoss Hauling respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote, we get the details you give us: your name, phone number, the address or town of the job, a description of the items, any photos you add, and your email if you choose to share it.

How we use it

• To give you a quote and schedule your job.
• To call, text or email you about that job, the way you asked us to.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing. We don't send newsletters or spam.

Texts

If you ask us to text you, we will only text about your quote or job. Reply STOP at any time and we won't text you again.

This website

Our website doesn't use advertising trackers or cookies for tracking. Here's what it does use:

• Visit counts: we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you.
• Spam protection: the quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a robot, is sending it.
• How you found us: with a quote request we save the first page you visited on our site and the website that sent you here (for example "google.com"), so we know which ads or listings work. We don't save what you searched for.
• Abuse limits: to stop spam floods we keep a scrambled (one-way) version of your internet address for two days. We can't turn it back into your address.
• Our web host keeps basic visit logs, like any website, to keep the site running and secure.
